WA Web Plus: what it does well, and the day it stops being enough

It has 2 million users and a 4.60 rating on the Chrome Web Store. It works. If you came here to install it, install it — this page will not try to talk you out of it. It exists for people already using it who hit a wall: the message goes out, and after that nothing stays organized.

What WA Web Plus is

WA Web Plus (also written WAWebPlus or WhatsApp Web Plus) is a browser extension by Elbruz Technologies that adds features to WhatsApp Web. On the Chrome Web Store it shows 2 million users and a 4.60 rating across nearly 48 thousand reviews — public numbers anyone can check on the extension page.

Who wrote this, and how to discount it

This page is by Pragmaz, which makes a competing extension. So the rule here is: everything we say about WA Web Plus comes from its public page, and everything we say about ourselves you can check in our pricing and menu. We are not going to list "the best alternatives" and put ourselves first — that kind of list fools nobody.

What it does well

Its proposition is clear and it delivers: customize the look and handle repetitive daily tasks. The most used features are

  • Sending to several contacts at once
  • Auto-replies by keyword
  • Exporting contacts from groups and chats
  • Themes and appearance, hide online status, schedule messages

If what you need is on that list, it is the answer and you can close this page. Seriously: there is no sense paying for more tool than your problem requires.

The day it stops being enough

The limit does not show up in the sending — it shows up after. You blast 400 people. Thirty reply. Of those thirty, three say "call me Tuesday". And there the extension has done its job: the message went out. What is left is a chat list where those three Tuesdays are mixed in with the other twenty-seven, and with the 370 who never replied.

That is the point where the bottleneck moves: it stops being sending and becomes remembering. And a sending tool does not solve a memory problem.

What changes when remembering becomes the bottleneck

Pragmaz is also an extension that runs inside WhatsApp Web, on the same number, with nothing to migrate. The difference is what happens after the send: each conversation becomes a card in a pipeline you drag through stages, with notes and history; whoever did not reply enters a follow-up that fires on its own at the interval you set — including as a call with recorded audio; and a tab shows how many conversations are waiting on you.

It runs in the WhatsApp Web you already use, on the same number. Installing is free; the CRM, automatic follow-up and recorded-audio calling are on the paid plan.

Can you run both at once?

Not at the same time. Both work by injecting elements into the same WhatsApp Web screen, and when both are enabled they fight over the same spots — a button that vanishes, a menu opening on top of another, a chat that will not load. If you want to compare, disable one while testing the other. You do not have to uninstall anything to decide.

What Pragmaz does not do

  • The extension is not the official API. It runs on top of WhatsApp Web — that goes for us and for them. No Meta-registered number, no approved templates, no several agents on the same number. Whoever needs that uses the Pragmaz platform, which is a different product of ours.
  • It does not guarantee you will not get blocked. No extension does, and anyone promising it is selling what they do not have. What takes numbers down is a first message to someone who never talked to you — and no tool erases that risk.
  • It does not work on your phone. It is a browser extension, on the computer.

If your case is a cold list or first contact at scale with strangers, do not install any extension — not even ours. That path is what burns numbers, and what fixes it is not a cleverer tool: it is a number Meta recognizes. That is the Pragmaz platform, and the page below explains what it costs and what the real cap is.

Frequently asked questions

Is WA Web Plus safe?

It is published on the Chrome Web Store, with 2 million users and a 4.60 rating — the store reviews extensions before publishing. Like any extension running on WhatsApp Web, it can see what is on screen; that goes for it, for us and for any other. A serious extension never asks for your login code.

Do I need a new number to use Pragmaz?

No. Same number, same account, connected by WhatsApp Web's own QR code. No conversation is migrated because nothing moves.

Can I keep both extensions installed?

Installed yes, enabled at the same time no. Both inject elements into the same screen and end up fighting over the same spots. Disable one while testing the other.

How much does Pragmaz cost?

Installing is free, and the basic features stay free with no time limit. Paid plans start at $17.99/month and are where the Kanban CRM, automatic follow-up, chatbot and recorded-audio calling live. Cancelling is a button in the panel.

Does a WhatsApp Web extension get you blocked?

What triggers blocks is the method, not the extension: starting many conversations with people who never talked to you. Someone using WhatsApp with people who already reached out does not change risk by installing an extension — they change organization. And no tool, ours or anyone else's, removes that risk.
