Every post on your site, sent automatically to all your WhatsApp groups
Publish on WordPress and Pragmaz sends the post to your WhatsApp groups with the title, summary and link. No more opening group after group to share it.
Sharing every post in your groups takes work
Publishing is only half the job. Then comes opening WhatsApp, going into each group, pasting the link and checking you didn’t miss any. With lots of groups, that eats time you don’t have. And on a busy day, the post goes unshared.
Without Pragmaz
- You copy the link and paste it into each group, one by one
- A post scheduled for early morning means you have to be up to share it
- Easy to skip a group or send twice to the same one
- You don’t know which groups the post reached
With Pragmaz
- The post goes out on its own to the groups you picked
- A scheduled post is sent the moment it goes live
- Each post goes out once to each group
- You see in the dashboard which groups it reached and when
Do the math on the time you lose
Set it up once, then just publish
Three steps. After that, every new post follows the same path without you doing anything.
Pick the groups
In the Pragmaz dashboard, check the groups that will get your posts. Search by name and pick as many as you want.
Install the plugin and connect
The plugin is free. Install it on WordPress and click Connect to Pragmaz. No key to copy, no code. It shows right away how many groups it will send to.
Publish as usual
Write and publish the way you already do. The editor shows a preview of the message and a switch to turn sending on or off for that post. Once it’s published, it goes to the groups.
The message goes out the way you want
Choose what goes into the message: title, summary, category, author, site name and link. Turn parts on or off, change the order and see the preview right away. If you prefer, write your own text.
- WhatsApp shows the link card with the post’s image and title.
- Change the emoji at the start or remove it, without redoing the message.
- Want to track clicks? Add whatever parameters you like to the link. If not, the link goes out clean.
You know where every post went
Every post becomes a send in your Pragmaz dashboard, marked with where it came from. The report shows it group by group, who viewed it, and you can export the list whenever you want.
Leave it running on its own
Sending to groups comes with the right safeguards built in. Set it once and you don’t have to keep an eye on it.

Frequently asked questions
If your question isn’t here, talk to support.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You install the plugin from your WordPress dashboard like any other and connect in 1 click. You pick the groups and the message in Pragmaz.
Does it work with scheduled posts?
Yes. A scheduled post is sent to the groups the moment it goes live on the site, even if you’re offline.
If I edit a post that’s already published, does it go to the groups again?
No. Only the first publication sends. If you want to send it again, there’s a "Send again" button right in the editor.
Can I choose which posts go to the groups?
Yes. All posts, only some categories, or you turn sending on and off for each post, right in the editor.
How many groups can I send to?
Up to 5,000 groups per send, one at a time, with the interval you set between them.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Sending is done by Pragmaz servers, with your WhatsApp connected to the dashboard.
Which plans include it?
The Pro and Business plans. The WordPress plugin is free.
Which WordPress versions does it work with?
WordPress 5.6 or newer, with PHP 7.4 or newer. Pretty much every current host meets that.
Is there a commitment?
No. You can cancel anytime.
