Does each person need a phone?
No. Each one logs into the dashboard with their own login, on a computer or on a phone. The business number is connected only once and keeps working on the phone.
Does each person see every chat?
You choose for each person: only their own chats, their own plus the ones with no owner yet, or all of them. And you choose which numbers and which areas of the dashboard they can access.
How does a chat reach a team member?
Automatically: in rotation or to whoever has the fewest open chats, always to someone who handles that number, and they get notified right away. You can limit how many chats each person holds at once. If the chatbot or the AI Agent is answering, the chat goes to the team when it hands the customer over. And the manager changes the owner whenever they want.
Do I need to change my number?
No. You connect the number you already use, by QR Code or through Meta's Official API.
Which plan has multiple agents?
All of them. Essential has up to 3 agents, Pro up to 6 and Business up to 20, all with roles and conversation routing.
Do I need a card to try it?
Yes. You add your card and the first charge only happens when the 7 days end. If you cancel before that, you pay nothing.
