Replies with cloned voice audio
In the Options tab, enable "Always reply with audio voice" and choose your cloned voice. The AI starts sending WhatsApp audio replies with the same timbre your customer knows — sounds like you.
Business hours configurable per day
Set different hours for each day of the week (e.g. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm) with timezone. Or uncheck the option and let the Agent reply 24/7 — including late nights, Sundays and holidays.
Exclude contacts by label
In WhatsApp Business, tag contacts with a specific label (e.g. "VIP", "Don't automate") and the AI won't reply to those contacts. Useful for keeping human support on priority accounts without disabling automation.
Waits for the contact to finish typing
Set a wait time before replying. The AI waits for the contact to finish sending all messages before generating a reply — avoids partial responses when the customer sends multiple messages in a row.
Works without WhatsApp Web open

How it works
Train the AI with your data
In the "Training" tab, describe how the assistant should behave and what data it needs (product, service, policies). Add question-answer examples — e.g. "What are your business hours?" → "Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm". Test everything in the real-time chat before activating.
Configure options and connect your device
In the "Options & Device" tab: set business hours per day of the week (or 24/7), choose the agent name, select labels that should not be answered, configure wait time and enable audio replies with cloned voice. Connect your WhatsApp — the status shows "Device is connected!" when ready.
Activate and monitor reports
Activate the Agent and it starts replying automatically. In the "Reports" tab, monitor: sends per day, sends to contacts/groups/private, total sends with image and video, scheduled sends. Filter by 7d, 15d or 1 month and export everything to Excel with one click.
FAQ about AI Agent
Is the cloned voice really realistic?
Yes. With 3-5 minutes of clean audio, the model reproduces your timbre, rhythm and intonation very close to natural. Most customers don't notice the difference on casual listening.
Does it reply in other languages?
Yes. The AI Agent automatically detects the customer's message language and replies in the same language, keeping the cloned voice when possible.
Which plan includes the AI Agent?
The AI Agent is an add-on available as a separate plan. You can add it to any main plan (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced). See details and price on the plans section of the home page.
Does it replace my support team?
Not necessarily. The AI Agent is ideal for repetitive questions, after-hours and lead qualification. When a conversation becomes complex or requires human judgment, it hands off to your team.
How does voice cloning work? Do I need special equipment?
Just record 3 to 5 minutes of audio with your voice in a quiet environment. You can use your computer or phone microphone. Pragmaz processes the audio and generates a voice model the AI Agent uses to send audio replies on WhatsApp.
Can I monitor conversations the AI Agent has?
Yes. You can monitor all AI Agent conversations in real time and take over at any moment. If the AI identifies it needs human intervention, it hands off the conversation automatically.
Does the AI Agent work with any Pragmaz plan?
The AI Agent is a separate plan (add-on) that can be added to any main plan: Basic, Intermediate or Advanced. It is not included in the main plans by default — you subscribe to it separately.
