Open Pragmaz inside WhatsApp Web

Click the Pragmaz icon at the top and pick "Kanban CRM" from the menu. Your contacts and conversations are loaded automatically.

Name your columns (New, Qualifying, Proposal, Closed, Lost) or use a ready template. Adjust colors and order.

Drag conversations and close deals

Chat on WhatsApp as usual. When you want to move a lead, drag the card. History and tags follow along.

FAQ about Kanban CRM

Do I need to leave WhatsApp Web to use the Kanban?

No. Pragmaz Kanban CRM runs as a panel inside WhatsApp Web itself. You keep seeing your conversations and can toggle between Kanban and chat in 1 click.

Where is the CRM data stored?

Your Kanban data (columns, tags, notes, card positions) is stored securely linked to your Pragmaz account. Your actual WhatsApp conversations stay on your device, as always.

Which plan includes Kanban CRM?

The full Kanban CRM is included in the Intermediate and Advanced plans. The Basic plan does not have Kanban. See all plans on the home page.

Does it work with multiple agents?

Yes. On plans that support more than one WhatsApp (Intermediate and Advanced), each number can have its own Kanban or share a single one, depending on how you organize.

Can I add internal notes to each card?

Yes. Each Kanban card has a notes field where you can record negotiation details, customer preferences, discussed values and any relevant info. Everything is saved in the contact history.

Can I create custom columns in the pipeline?

Yes. You can create as many columns as you want and name them however makes sense for your business — for example: New, Qualifying, Proposal Sent, Negotiating, Closed, Lost. You can reorder and adjust colors.

Does the Kanban CRM work on mobile?

Pragmaz Kanban CRM works inside WhatsApp Web in the desktop browser, since Pragmaz is a Chrome extension for WhatsApp Web. It does not work on the WhatsApp mobile app.

Can Kanban tags be used to filter bulk messages?

Yes. Tags you apply to Kanban contacts can be used as filters when building a bulk message destination list. This way you send segmented campaigns based on funnel stage.
