How it works
Open Chatbot Flow in the Pragmaz menu
Inside WhatsApp Web, click the Pragmaz icon and select "Chatbot Flow". The flow editor opens in an overlay.
Build your flow by dragging blocks
Add trigger blocks (message received, keyword), action blocks (send text, image, button, list, webhook) and connect with arrows.
Activate the flow and test
One click on "Activate" and the chatbot is already answering. Send a test message from your own WhatsApp to validate the path.

Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Chatbot Flow is 100% visual. Anyone who knows how to use WhatsApp and drag an icon can build a working chatbot in minutes.
Does Chatbot Flow use AI?
Chatbot Flow is a rule-based visual chatbot (deterministic flows with buttons, lists, conditionals). For AI-driven conversation, you pair it with the AI Agent, a separate Pragmaz feature.
Which plan is it included in?
Chatbot Flow with full visual WorkFlow is included in the Advanced plan. Basic and Intermediate plans include Broadcast and simple keyword replies.
Can I integrate with my external CRM via webhook?
Yes. Every webhook block sends a POST with JSON containing conversation data (number, name, messages, collected variables). Your API responds with JSON and the flow continues based on the return.
Does the chatbot work outside business hours?
Yes. You can set time-based rules: one flow for business hours (with full menu and team routing) and another for after hours (with away message and data collection). The chatbot automatically decides which flow to follow.
Can I have more than one active flow at the same time?
Yes. You can create multiple flows with different triggers (distinct keywords, for example) and all run simultaneously. Each incoming message is evaluated and routed to the correct flow based on the configured trigger.
Can the chatbot send images and videos automatically?
Yes. Inside the flow you can add media sending blocks: text, image, video, audio and document. Ideal for sending catalogs, video tutorials or visual confirmations automatically during the conversation.
Does WhatsApp Web need to be open for the chatbot to work?
For the rule-based Chatbot Flow, WhatsApp Web needs to be open in the browser (can be in another tab). If you want service without the browser open, the AI Agent (separate feature) works even with WhatsApp closed.
